Please allow 1-2 weeks for your Platinum order to be processed and shipped, although usually we are able to process and ship your order within a few days. During extremely large Platinum uploads, orders may take longer to ship out than the usual 1-2 week process/ship time.
(Please Note: Due to the exlusivity of Platinum pieces, we are unable to cancel or make changes to any Platinum orders after they've been placed. So, if you indeed have a change of heart and no longer want your Platinum items, you will need to wait until your items arrive at your door and then follow our regular return/exchange process)

Matilda Jane is an UNPREDICTABLE design, and we trust you understand our slight irregularities, as they are not considered a reason for return. We are certain you will be delighted with your Matilda Jane purchase. But if you are unsatisfied please let us know and we will happily address your concern.

*ALL NON-DEFECTIVE PLATINUM RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR UPS/USPS DELIVERY AND MUST BE IN UNWORN/UNWASHED CONDITION. (Some Platinum Items are non-returnable and will be indicated as such in the description of the item)
*PLATINUM ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR OTHER PLATINUM ITEMS OR TRUNK SHOW ITEMS.
